1 Delivery
1.1 What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands: €4,95

To Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg: €9,- (until 30 kilo's)

To other countries within Europe(*):
Up to 2 kilo's: €14,95
2 - 5 kilo's: €20,-
5 -10 kilo's: €25,-
10 - 20 kilo's: €35,-

(*) except:
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgary, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Kroatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Oekraine, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switserland, Turkey, Vatican City, White Russia:

This is important for all customers outside Europe:
There is a chance that you may be required to pay certain fees and/or taxes, the amount of which varies per country.
Store Without a Home cannot provide or calculate these costs, you will have to inquire at your local customs service.
It is common that you will at least be required to pay your local tax rate.
It is possible to ask for a tax refund for the tax that you paid in our shop, please contact your credit card provider or send us a message.


1.2 Who will send my order?
Within the Netherlands: UPS
To Belgium, Germany or Luxembourg: UPS
To other countries within Europe: UPS or TNT
Worldwide: UPS or TNT
1.3 How will my order be sent?
All items will be packed with great care.
Where possible, we re-use all kinds of useable packaging materials.
We only use new packaging materials when needed.
1.4 How long will it take before I can enjoy my purchase?
the Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2 - 4 business days
Other countries within Europe: 4 - 7 business days
Countries outside Europe: 7 - 12 business days (*)

This only applies if the item is in stock.
Some items have an extra delivery time, this is indicated on the product page.

We will always do our best to pack and send your purchase the same day you ordered.

(*)
Accidental long custom holds are not calculated within the indicated lead times.
We are not responsible for long holds at customs, also we can not inform you about any customs related details.


2 Return policy
2.1 Can I return my item(s)?
Yes, you can!
It's possible that you just don't like your purchase, or it looks different then on your screen.
In that case you can return your purchase within 14 days to the store.
You are not obliged to give a reason, but this will help us to improve our service.
You can send your purchase(s) in original condition, with the original packaging (if applicable) and well wrapped and packed with adquate postage to the store:

Or you can use the returns form.
It is also possible to return your purchase(s) to the store, in that case please bring a copy of the order confirmation.
Please note that it's not possible to make a refund in cash.

You will only be refunded the value of your returned purchase(s) without shipping costs.
Returning goods is at your own expense.
If the goods do not reach us in the original condition, then your right to a full refund may be affected.
Store Without a Home is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit.

Only when you received a defect item which is confirmed by Store Without a Home, all shipping costs will be refunded, and only if you don't wish to receive a new item.

Note that there is no return policy for discounted and bespoke (made to order) items.

3 Wrong/defect item
3.1 I received a wrong item, what should I do?

If you receive a different item than the one you have ordered, please send a message to:

Please mention your name, address, order number and a description of the product. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible. You can send your purchase(s) in original condition, with the original packaging (if applicable) and well wrapped and packed with adquate postage to the store:

You will receive a refund for the postal charges.

3.2 I received a defect item, what should I do?

If you receive an item which doesn't work correctly or has a defect, or any broken items, please send a message to:

info@storewithoutahome.com

Please mention your order number and a description of the the defect so we can help you find a solution and/or provide (technical) support. If the item is still doesn't work to your satisfaction, you will receive a new item as soon as possible and without any charges. You can send the defect item with the original packaging (if applicable) and well wrapped and packed with adequate postage to the store:

4 Visit
4.1 Can I visit Store Without a Home?
Of course, Store Without a Home is a shop in one of the best and most diverse shopping streets in Amsterdam; Haarlemmerdijk.
This street is an extension of Haarlemmerstraat, which is on walking distance of Central Station.
Next to Haarlemmerdijk you will find the Jordaan area.

5 Taxes
5.1 Does my order include VAT?
Yes, the VAT rate is 21%.
5.2 Do I have to pay VAT?
Not if you live outside the European Union.
The 21% tax will be excluded when you pay with creditcard or Paypal.
